If I’ve been in an accident, do I get a rental vehicle?

It depends. You’ll qualify for a rental vehicle in these cases:
-If you’ve got a rental car option on your policy (whether or not you’re at fault)
-If you’ve got belairdirect’s AutoComfort® coverage (whether or not you’re at fault)
-If you only have third party liability, and you’re not at-fault

In British Columbia and Alberta, you have coverage for a rental vehicle if you have the Loss of Use Endorsement on your policy.
