Prizes awarded to belairdirect
- In June 2002, belairdirect was awarded the Association du marketing direct et de la relation clientèle (AMDRC) "board of directors prize" at the 2002 Flèche d'or gala.
- In June 2000, belairdirect was awarded a golden arrow at the Société de marketing direct et de centres d'appels Golden Arrow 2000 contest for its innovative strategy aimed at retaining personnel and offering staff a stimulating and motivating work environment.
- In October 2000, belairdirect received the title of Customer Care Centre of the Year. The Quebec direct marketing association based its decision on three criteria for excellence: human resource management, quality management and financial contribution.

Les Mercuriades 2001
At the 21st edition of the Les Mercuriades 2001 gala held on May 31, 2001 and organized by the Quebec Chamber of Commerce, belairdirect won the award for the Electronic Business category and the special Bell prize for the use of new technology.

Grand Prize fot the best electronic commerce site in Quebec and tied with Rona.ca, for the best business award in the B2C category, which were received by belairdirect on November 20, 2000 at the 1st Electronic Commerce Gala.

OCTAS 2000
On May 27, 2000, belairdirect received an OCTAS award, in the Business Solutions category, for its real-time auto quote project on the Internet at the annual gala of the Fédération de l'informatique du Québec.

In 1999, belairdirect won the ING International IT Award for its real-time quote program on the Internet, the highest award presented by the ING Group, which is present in over 65 countries.
