We guarantee that within 30 minutes of your call, you will be talking to a belairdirect representative authorized to make the decisions required in order to provide you with emergency support.

Whether it's your home or automobile, our representatives can contact the necessary suppliers, on your behalf, to carry out emergency repairs. They can also authorize payments for certain emergency expenses such as accommodation, clothing and transportation.

If we are unable to live up to our Client Service Guarantee, we will write you a cheque for the amount of your annual premium (home or auto insurance, as applicable) up to a maximum of $1,000. This payment will not in any way affect your coverage for the term of your policy.

The Client Service Guarantee applies to Personal Auto and Residential insurance policies. We are committed to the standards described in the Client Service Guarantee except in case of disasters such as hailstorms, widespread blackouts, forest fires, or any extreme situation beyond our control that would impact our ability to deliver our promised service level. We will, however, do our utmost to make sure that even in extreme situations you will receive the best service possible.
