• In June 2002, belairdirect was awarded the Association du marketing direct et de la relation clientèle (AMDRC) "board of directors prize" at the 2002 Flèche d'or gala.
  
  
• In June 2000, belairdirect was awarded a golden arrow at the Société de marketing direct et de centres d'appels Golden Arrow 2000 contest for its innovative strategy aimed at retaining personnel and offering staff a stimulating and motivating work environment.
  
  
• In October 2000, belairdirect received the title of Customer Care Centre of the Year. The Quebec direct marketing association based its decision on three criteria for excellence: human resource management, quality management and financial contribution.
