If you're facing an emergency situation, call:

We guarantee that within 30 minutes a belairdirect claims representative will confirm your coverage, provide emergency support and advice.

• If we are unable to respond within 30 minutes, we will write you a cheque for the amount of your annual premium up to a maximum of $1,000.
• This payment will not in any way affect your coverage, and you will remain insured for the remainder of your policy term.

Whether it's your home or automobile, when an emergency occurs you need help fast.

• Our claims reps can contact the necessary suppliers, on your behalf, to carry out emergency repairs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• They can also cover your emergency living expenses, such as accommodation, clothing and transportation.

The Guarantee only applies to personal home and auto insurance policies.

The Client Service Guarantee is not applicable in the case of disasters or catastrophes, such as hailstorms, hurricanes, blackouts, forest fires, or any event beyond our control that would impact our ability to deliver our promised service level.
