At belairdirect, we want to give you the opportunity to make an informed decision about car and home insurance. That's why we're offering our "Satisfaction 30 days or Your Money Back" guarantee to all our new clients. This guarantee allows you to review your insurance documents and coverage, on your own time, for a period of 30 days after you purchase your car and/or home insurance. You'll have the chance to reassure yourself that our policies suit your needs. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your insurance coverage or if it does not entirely meet your needs, you may cancel your insurance contract free of charge, belairdirect will reimburse you for any premium amount paid. If you are already a client of belairdirect, don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you. This guarantee also applies to any new coverage or protection that you add to your existing insurance contract. Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied, you may cancel this new coverage or protection free of charge. belairdirect will reimburse you for the amount paid for the coverage or protection in question.

The "Satisfaction 30 days or Your Money Back" guarantee is applicable to the purchase of a new car and/or home insurance policy or to a new coverage or protection purchased in addition to your existing insurance contract. It does not apply in the event of an insurance contract renewal (home and/or auto), or if the car or home insured is sold or transferred.
