Your Telephone Interview

Our local HR teams read each application very carefully. Do your skills and interests show that you might be the ideal candidate for a position that’s currently available? A member of our hiring team will contact you to complete a pre-screening telephone interview. We can then assess your motivation, your skills and potential, and put them into perspective with our corporate culture.

Your Face to Face Interview

Meeting you in person is an important step in the hiring process. The interview lasts approximately one hour and gives us a good idea of your experience and technical skills. Depending on the position you apply for, testing may be required. For instance, we may require you to take aptitude, language, personality and technical tests, either before or after the interview.

Background Check and Questions

Upon completion of the interview, if we see you as a suitable candidate, we will proceed with a background check and review your past professional and academic references. Allow some time for us to get through these formalities. In the meantime, one of our recruitment advisors will stay in touch with you. This person will be pleased to answer any questions you might have!
