Business classes: a career exploration program for students
Early on, we reach out to young people from high schools, colleges and universities to help them discover our professions. As an insurance leader in Canada, we are indeed committed to inform young people about their career choices and develop the leaders of the next generation.
Throughout the year we offer career exploration internships ranging from half a day to a week. Young students evolve alongside our professionals and discover our various employment sectors.
After the service: career transition program for former military and military spouses
We help our Canadian Armed Forces Veterans in their career transition at belairdirect. We also offer job opportunities to spouses of CAF members, so they can maintain stable employment while being mobile.
